Memorial Day Family Camp “Chesebrough”

Memorial Day Family Camp “Chesebrough”

Hi All,
First, I apologize for not getting information out sooner, and for not being clear about camping this year.

Camping for 2017 is on. We have our reservations, and are good to go for camping at Chesebrough.

If you received an invoice from the pack it is because you said you wanted to go camping, and gave us the names of the persons you planned on bringing.

If you have not signed up and would like too, we still have a few spots left, but we need you to sign up now. Please email me with your names and count of persons you want to go.

We are doing group cooking and food planning again this year. The invoice for camping includes your food for Friday night, all day Saturday, and Sunday breakfast and lunch.

Please remember that if you want snack or special drinks that is up to you provide.
Here is a little information about the camp.

Chesebrough Scout Reservation is a 544 acre nature retreat in the Santa Cruz Mountains, just 30 minutes south of San Jose.  The camp includes a brand new lodge with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, a commercial kitchen, restrooms and showers, campgrounds, bb gun range, climbing tower, archery, and volleyball.

Camp Chesebrough is located off Highway 9 and is adjacent to Castle Rock State Park and Long Ridge Open Space Preserve.
