Monday night meeting 23rd
Tomorrow Monday, January 23rd: Normal Monday night meeting in the Parish Hall at COGS.
This will also be the registration deadline for the Monterey Bay Aquarium overnight planned for 7:00 pm April 1st to 8:30 am April 2nd.
Cost for parents and siblings will be $85. Pack 93 will be able to provide a $25 discount for scouts using funds raised from mistletoe sales, so the cost for scouts will be $60. Register at https://squareup.com/store/pack93toro-at-gmail-dot-com/ . More details regarding the overnight (what to bring, etc.) will be posted at a later date.
Lastly we will have a Pinewood derby build at Paul Gokey's house on Saturday the 28th from 10:00 am till 12:00. If your son needs help with his car and you do not have the tools, we will have them on that day.

Pinewood Derby, Aquarium Sleepover and Other Upcoming Events
Greetings Scout Families,
We have a lot of fun activities coming up as we start the new year. The following is a quick run down of our plans for the next couple of months:
Sunday, January 8th: Scout families are invited to participate in an Epiphany bonfire in the field next to the Church of the Good Shepherd (COGS). Bring your Christmas trees and other greens to add to the fire, weather permitting. Boy Scout Troop 93 will be hosting the event. Monday, January 9th: Normal Monday night meeting in the Parish Hall at COGS. Please bring any remaining profits from mistletoe sales to this meeting. If you have not paid membership dues for this year, please also do so.

Saturday, February 4th: Fishing at McAlpine Lake, San Juan Batista. Stay tuned for details.

In addition, we will start at 5:30 pm due to the large number of cars we will have to race. Monday, February 27th: Blue and Gold Dinner in the Parish Hall at COGS. More info will be posted at a later date.
As noted above, more info regarding some of these events will be posted in the future, but we wanted to make sure you are all aware of the dates and specific deadlines for planning purposes.
