So far only a few people have signed up on the Attendance spreadsheet for the Archery shoot. The shop owner is opening up EARLY just for us. He can accommodate more during each session, but we asked for two days to divide up the kids so that everyone would have more time to shoot and not have to wait as long for another turn. However, if we don't get more than what is currently signed up, we can't justify having the shop opened up early just for us on two different days.
So, PLEASE sign up right away if you want to attend. This is not an event where just walking in will be helpful.
The 10 per session is our guideline. He can accommodate more, so if we cannot get more people to sign up we will have to cancel the January 11th event and then have everyone attend on the 18th. That would be less fun and involve a lot more standing around.
So, PLEASE sign up right away!!
If we can't get more people signed up for the 11th by Friday the 10th, at noon, we will cancel that session.
I added a column to the spreadsheet if you already know you will not attend either session. Please put your name there if applicable.
